Luka Garza was in attendance on Tuesday as the Iowa Hawkeyes took down Michigan State (86-60), however that wasn’t the highlight of the night for the former Hawkeye.

Garza, who’s career, 2,306 points, watched as his jersey number, 55, was retired to the rafters. “For the rest of my life, coming in here and seeing that,” said Garza, pointing to the banner, “that’s incredible.”

Garza now plays for the Detroit Pistons.
